Real estate coaching programs in 2026: cost and check-ins
Real estate coaching programs and accountability coaches in 2026, by price and check-ins: Tom Ferry, Mike Ferry, Buffini, Tim and Julie Harris, Coachmark.
October 15, 2026 · 10 min read
There is no single best real estate coaching program in 2026, and the right accountability coach for you depends on what you need checked and how often. Your choices are private calls with a coach (Buffini and Company One2One at $549 a month, Tom Ferry Core at $749, the Mike Ferry Organization's One on One at $750, or Icenhower Coaching and Training at $1,000), group training (Tom Ferry Pivot at $149 a month, Tim and Julie Harris Premier Coaching at $997 a year, or Kevin Ward's YesMasters Master Path at $497 a month), or daily accountability, where Coachmark, an AI accountability coach for real estate agents, sends 2 or 3 tasks every morning from a weekly plan built on your real numbers and follows up on what you said you'd do, for $99 a month.
Coachmark wrote this guide and is one of the options in it. Every price below was listed on each program's own site when we read it on October 15, 2026. Agent Game Plan is the one exception: we last checked it in August 2026, so we leave its price out. Prices change, so confirm on their sites before you sign anything.
What you are actually buying: cadence, not content
Most coaching programs sell some mix of three things: training content, a person who knows your business, and someone who checks whether you did the work. The content is the part most agents already own too much of. The check-in is the part that changes a week.
So before you compare names, ask every program the same three questions.
- Who checks in? A coach you pay by the month, a trainer running a live session, or software that expects an answer from you.
- How often? Twice a month, once a week, or every day. Twenty-four private sessions a year works out to about two a month. Forty-eight is about four.
- From what numbers? Your memory of the week on a call, the activity you log in an app, or your real closings and ad results.
A call every two weeks is great for strategy and feedback. It cannot catch the Tuesday you skipped your calls, because by the time the call comes, that Tuesday is two weeks old. That is the honest trade between the price of a person and the cadence of a daily tool, and we break it down further in Coachmark vs a human real estate coach.

Daily plan and practice apps: Agent Game Plan and AgentPeak
- Agent Game Plan: a daily plan app with leaderboards, a Follow Up Boss connection, and team plans. We last checked it in August 2026, so confirm its current price on its own site.
- AgentPeak: a practice app at $49 a month with a 14-day free trial and no card required, a DISC personality profile, an AI coach character named Max, 31 roleplay scenarios, and an AI call grader.
Fits: Agent Game Plan suits an agent who is fired up by competing with other agents or already works in Follow Up Boss. AgentPeak suits an agent whose calls need practice more than their calendar needs structure. We compared both side by side in Coachmark vs Agent Game Plan and Coachmark vs AgentPeak, and the wider category in AI coaching apps for real estate agents.
Coachmark
- $99 a month, one plan, no long-term contract, no setup fee, cancel any time.
- No free trial. It only proves itself by running your actual week from your real numbers, so instead of a trial, leaving is made painless.
- Sends 2 or 3 tasks every morning, and you check each one off on your dashboard as you go.
- Rebuilds your plan every Monday from what you finished, what slipped, and your real numbers: closings verified through your Flexmls connection, your connected Facebook ad account, and a monthly TikTok export.
- Works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini as a custom connector, so you can ask what today's move is in the AI you already use.
- What it does not do: no roleplay or call grading, no mentor relationship, and no team plans.
Fits: an agent who already knows roughly what to do and needs a plan every morning that follows up on whether the work got done.
Which accountability coach fits you
Match the program to the problem you actually have, not to the name you have heard the most.
- Brand new and short on cash. According to the 2025 National Association of Realtors Member Profile, 62% of agents with two years or less experience earned less than $10,000 in 2024. A $750 a month plan with a 12-month minimum is a heavy bet at that stage. Start with the lower-cost options: the Tom Ferry Pivot free trial, the $1 Tim and Julie Harris trial, or Coachmark at $99 with no contract. Then read how a new agent stays accountable to daily prospecting.
- Experienced and inconsistent. You know the scripts and you know the plan. The gap is the Tuesday you skip. That is a cadence problem, so a daily brief that follows up, like Coachmark, or the Revii accountability platform listed with the Tom Ferry plans, is aimed right at it.
- You want a mentor. Software will not give you judgment from someone who has done the deals. Look at private coaching: Buffini and Company One2One, Tom Ferry Core or Elite, the Mike Ferry Organization's One on One or Premier, or Icenhower Coaching and Training. Coachmark will keep you consistent, but it will not replace a mentor.
- You want competition. If a leaderboard gets you out of bed, Agent Game Plan and AgentPeak both have one. Coachmark has no leaderboards on purpose, because its streaks count honest check-ins instead of rankings.
- You want practice on calls. If you get the conversations but lose them, the AgentPeak roleplay scenarios and call grader go straight at that. Coachmark does not do roleplay.
What daily accountability looks like in Coachmark
Here is the loop, start to finish, so you can judge it against a call every week or two.
- Answer a short interview. The coach asks about your market, your numbers, and where you are stuck, and it pushes back on fantasy goals.
- Approve your weekly plan. The plan covers the next seven days and is sized to the hours you actually have. Nothing starts until you sign off.
- Get your morning brief. Every scheduled morning, 2 or 3 specific tasks land in your inbox. About 45 minutes of work, not a wish list.
- Check things off as you go. Mark each task on your dashboard, and the next morning's brief follows up on what you said you'd do.
- Recalibrate every Monday. The coach reads what you checked off last week, what landed and what slipped, and builds next week from your real numbers.
Your streak counts check-ins, not perfect days. A bad Tuesday reported honestly keeps the streak alive, because showing up honestly is the habit that builds a business.
How to choose in ten minutes
- Write your one number. How many closings do you want in the next twelve months? Every program on this list is only worth it if it moves that number.
- Decide the cadence you need. If you need advice, a call every week or two is enough. If you need to actually do the work, you need someone or something checking every day.
- Price it against one extra closing. Take the yearly cost of the program and ask whether it is likely to add at least one closing you would not have had otherwise. If the honest answer is no, it is too expensive for you right now, whatever the price tag says.
- Read the commitment terms. The Mike Ferry Organization plans carry a 12-month minimum, and the Icenhower one-on-one program runs 12 months. Tom Ferry Pivot and Coachmark list no contract. Buffini and Company lists its coaching prices but sells coaching by phone or after a consultation.
- Use the trial if there is one. Tom Ferry Pivot and AgentPeak list 14-day free trials, and Tim and Julie Harris charge $1 for seven days. Coachmark has no trial, but you can cancel any time, even on day three.
If a daily plan that follows up is the piece you are missing, Coachmark is $99 a month with no contract. See pricing, answer a short interview, and approve your first week. Have a question first? Email hello@coachmark.io.
Questions
What is the best accountability coach for a real estate agent?
It depends on what you need checked and how often. For private calls, Buffini and Company One2One lists $549 a month, Tom Ferry Core lists 24 sessions a year for $749 a month, and the Mike Ferry Organization's One on One lists 40 calls for $750 a month. For live weekly training, Tom Ferry Pivot lists $149 a month. For daily accountability, Coachmark, an AI accountability coach for real estate agents, sends 2 or 3 tasks every morning and follows up on what you said you'd do, for $99 a month.
How much does real estate coaching cost in 2026?
The private one-on-one plans in this guide list $549 to $1,499 a month. On their own sites in October 2026, Buffini and Company listed One2One Coaching at $549 a month and Leadership Coaching at $1,499, Tom Ferry Core listed $749 a month and Elite $1,299, the Mike Ferry Organization listed $750 and $1,250 a month with a 12-month minimum, and Icenhower Coaching and Training listed $1,000 a month. Lower-cost options include Tim and Julie Harris Premier Coaching at $997 a year, Tom Ferry Pivot at $149 a month, the Buffini and Company Referral Maker CORE membership at $99 a month, and Coachmark at $99 a month.
Is group coaching or one-on-one coaching better?
Neither is better across the board. One-on-one coaching gives you personal feedback and judgment from someone who knows your business, and the plans in this guide list $549 to $1,499 a month for private coaching. Group coaching and live training usually cost less, but a group session has less room for your individual week. If your real problem is doing the work every day, add a daily plan that follows up to either one, or start there.
Which real estate coaching programs have no long-term contract?
Tom Ferry Pivot and Coachmark both list no contract. Pivot is $149 a month, or $99 for founding members, for live weekly training, and Coachmark is $99 a month for a daily brief, cancel any time. The Mike Ferry Organization's One on One and Premier plans carry a 12-month minimum, and the Icenhower Coaching and Training one-on-one program runs 12 months. For any other program, read the terms on its own site before you sign.
Can I use a coach and an app together?
Yes, and it works well. Your coach sets the strategy on your call, and a daily tool turns it into this week's tasks and follows up on whether they got done. The Tom Ferry plans already pair coaching with the Revii accountability platform. Coachmark works alongside any coach or customer relationship management tool you already use, because it does not manage contacts. It builds your week and holds you to it.
