Talk to your coach inside the AI app you already use

Coachmark works as a custom connector in the major AI assistants: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini. Once connected, your assistant can see your real week and update it for you. Dictate what happened on the drive home, and it lands on your dashboard, logged in the right place.

Say it once. It's logged.

You say

“What's on my plate this week?”

Your assistant reads your real goals, targets, progress, and your coach's notes, then talks you through today's move.

You say

“I just talked to a seller named Rick Tovar, 915-555-0142, thinking of listing in the fall. Log it.”

The name, number, and note land in the same fields your dashboard card shows, and Rick joins your contacts.

You say

“Check off one hour of prospecting.”

The task is marked done, with your permission, and you hear your updated week score.

Your assistant always asks before it writes anything, never invents details you did not say, and only ever sees your own Coachmark data. Every update shows on your dashboard immediately.

You need an active Coachmark membership and an account with the assistant you use. Whichever one that is, this is the server address you paste:

Claudefree plan works

Go to claude.ai and open Settings, then Connectors.

Click Add custom connector, name it Coachmark, and paste the server address above.

Click Add, then Connect. A Coachmark sign-in opens: use your normal Coachmark email and password, then click Allow.

On your phone, the connector carries over to the Claude app with the same account. In a chat, open the tools menu and make sure Coachmark is on, then tap the microphone and talk. Claude Desktop works the same way as the web.

ChatGPTpaid plans

In ChatGPT, open Settings, find Connectors under Apps and connectors, and turn on Developer mode in the advanced settings. Custom connectors are not available on ChatGPT's free plan.

Add a custom connector: name it Coachmark, paste the server address above, and connect. Sign in with your Coachmark email and password.

In a chat, enable Coachmark from the tools menu. ChatGPT asks you to confirm any action that changes your data, like checking off a task. That is normal.

Grokpaid plans

Go to grok.com/connectors, or open Connectors in the Grok apps.

Complete the sign-in with your Coachmark login. The Coachmark tools then work in your Grok conversations on the web and in the phone apps.

Geminifree, personal accounts, United States

On your computer, go to gemini.google.com and open Settings and help, then Connected apps.

Add a custom app, paste the server address above, and sign in with your Coachmark email and password.

Connected custom apps work in the Gemini web app and the mobile app. Google requires a personal account (not work or school), 18 or over, in the United States, with the Keep Activity setting on.

Meta AI

Meta AI does not support custom connectors yet. If that changes, the same server address will work there too.

Developer toolsClaude Code, Cursor, and friends

Coachmark is a standard remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in, so any MCP client works. Claude Code:

claude mcp add --transport http coachmark https://coachmark.io/api/mcp

Then run /mcp in a session and authenticate. In Cursor, add an MCP server with the same address under Settings, then MCP, and complete the sign-in.

Your first conversation

Start a new chat and try “What's on my plate this week?” The first time your assistant updates something, it asks for your permission. Choose Allow. It never checks off work you did not confirm doing.

Your login is the key

The connection is scoped to your account only, enforced at the database. Your assistant can read your week and log your updates, nothing more.
It cannot see other people's data, your billing, or anything outside your coaching loop.
Disconnect any time by removing the Coachmark connector in your assistant's settings. Changing your Coachmark password also ends existing sessions.

Troubleshooting

The sign-in fails.: Use the same email and password you use at coachmark.io. You can reset your password from the login page.
The assistant says it cannot reach Coachmark.: Disconnect and reconnect the Coachmark connector in its settings.
The tools do not show in a chat.: Open the chat's tools menu and turn Coachmark on for that conversation. In ChatGPT, also confirm Developer mode is on.
“This account has no active subscription.”: The connector needs an active Coachmark membership. Check Settings, then Billing, in your dashboard.

# Talk to your coach inside the AI app you already use

## What you can do

Once connected, talk to your assistant the way you would talk to a coach who can see your week:

## Set it up

### Claude (free plan works, including the phone app)

1. Go to claude.ai and open Settings, then Connectors.
2. Click "Add custom connector".
3. Name it Coachmark and paste the server URL.
4. Click Add, then Connect, and sign in with your normal Coachmark email and password, then click Allow.

### ChatGPT (paid plans: Plus, Pro, Business)

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then find Connectors (under Apps and connectors) and turn on Developer mode in the advanced settings. Custom connectors are not available on ChatGPT's free plan.
2. Add a custom connector: name it Coachmark, paste the server URL, and connect.
3. Sign in with your Coachmark email and password when the sign-in opens.

### Grok (paid plans)

1. Go to grok.com/connectors (or Connectors in the Grok apps).
2. Click "New Connector", then choose Custom.
3. Paste the server URL and complete the sign-in with your Coachmark login.
4. Grok discovers the Coachmark tools and they become available in your conversations, on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.

### Gemini (free, personal Google accounts, United States)

1. On your computer, go to gemini.google.com and open Settings and help, then Connected apps.

3. Sign in with your Coachmark email and password.

## Your first chat

Start a new conversation and try: "What's on my plate this week?"
