Privacy policy

Coachmark is a product of Hello Radio LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it in plain language because that is how we talk.

What we collect

When you create an account and use Coachmark, we store:

• Your email address and password (the password is hashed, we never see it).
• Your answers to the onboarding interview, including your market, goals, lead sources, and the hours you commit each week.
• Your 90-day plan, every version of it, and the timestamp when you approve it.
• Your daily check-in responses and streak history.
• A log of the coaching emails we send you, so we can debug delivery problems.

Facebook and Instagram ad data

In a future release you will be able to connect your Meta ad account. If you choose to connect it, we will read your ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, leads) and lead form submissions through the Meta Marketing API. Access is read-only. We never create, edit, or pause anything in your ad account, and we never post on your behalf.

The access token Meta gives us is stored encrypted in Supabase Vault. It is never stored in a plain database column and never sent to your browser. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time, which deletes the token.

How the coaching works with your data

Coachmarkuses Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, to write your plan, daily briefs, and weekly reviews. Claude reasons only over the structured data described above, your own answers, your own check-ins, and your own ad numbers. It does not browse the web, call outside services, or see other users' data when coaching you. Every number the coach cites exists as a row in our database.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of service providers to run Coachmark:

• Supabase hosts our database and authentication.
• Vercel hosts the application.
• Anthropic processes coaching text generation.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Meta Platforms provides ad and lead data only if you connect your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside this list. There is no advertising network involvement and no cross-user data pooling.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, every row tied to you is removed, including your plans, check-ins, streaks, email logs, and any stored Meta token. We keep only a deletion confirmation record so we can prove the deletion happened.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct your profile and coaching settings in the app.
• Delete your account and all associated data. See our data deletion instructions.
• Pause coaching emails without deleting your account.
