These terms govern your use of Coachmark, a product of Hello Radio LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Coachmark is

Coachmark is coaching software. It interviews you, builds a 90-day plan you approve, sends daily task briefs, collects check-ins, and recalibrates weekly. When you connect your Meta ad account, it reads your ad data so its observations are grounded in real numbers.

Coachmark is not a licensed real estate brokerage, law firm, financial advisor, or marketing agency. Its suggestions are accountability coaching, not professional advice. We make no guarantee about closings, income, lead volume, or ad performance. Real estate outcomes depend on your market and your work.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, including honest numbers about your business. The coach works from what you tell it, and it works poorly when fed fiction. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• One account per person. No sharing accounts.
• No attempting to access other users' data.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access outside the product's intended use.
• No using Coachmark for anything unlawful, including violations of fair housing or telemarketing law in your outreach work.

Pricing

Coachmark is currently free for design partners. When paid subscriptions launch, the price will be between $49 and $99 per month, and we will update these terms and notify you before any billing starts. Nobody gets charged silently.

Your data and content

Your answers, plans, and check-ins are yours. You give us the license needed to store and process them to provide the service, and nothing more. Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue Coachmark, we will give you notice and a window to export your plan.

Disclaimers and liability

Coachmark is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Radio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
